Account Manager (VHCS)
Contract Position
We are looking for an exceptional person to join our sales team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, and focused on surpassing his/her goals and customer satisfaction. The candidate must also demonstrate leadership within a sales team. We offer very interesting career opportunities to foster employee development.
This position reports to the Waterloo office and covers Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, Cambridge, Orangeville, Brantford and the surrounding area.
What you will do:
- Proactively manage customers while keeping in mind their requirements, and increase sales through the promotion of the new equipment and products.
- Regularly meet with customers to assess their satisfaction and make changes to their account in order to grow his/her territory.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Representative when a new case is given in order to understand the customer’s expectations.
- Create business propositions outlining the benefits and added value of our company.
- Close the sale, sign the agreements, and ensure after-sale service
- Ensure the proper execution of the transaction
- Meet the territory’s sales goals (sales volume, number of visits, customer retention)
- Conduct monthly business reviews of his/her territory with concrete actions to grow it.
- Promote new products
- Update the CRM on a continuous basis
- Stay abreast of innovations, the competition and the market
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure high quality go-to-market
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team
- Develop his/her knowledge of the coffee industry and equipment
- Become an ambassador for our brands

Total Rewards:
CAD $57,100.00 - $71,500.00 annually.
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility. Benefits, subject to eligibility: medical, dental, disability, life insurance, paid time off (including vacation and personal time), RRSP with company match, tuition reimbursement, employee and family assistance program, and coffee discount.

- Sales experience in a service environment
- University degree
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Computer knowledge (knowledge of Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Autonomy and initiative
- Results-oriented
- Ability to work on several projects; good time and priority management
- Motivation, determination and good team spirit
