Administrative Assistant - Norcross, GA
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations across multiple departments. This role serves as a primary point of contact, manages office functions, coordinates schedules, and assists with reporting, data entry, and project support. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Shift and Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am until 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
Administrative & Office Support
• Serve as the first point of contact for the department
• Manage email inboxes, mail distribution, communications, and document archiving
• Coordinate office support services including purchasing supplies and managing equipment
• Prepare and format documents such as presentations, reports, proposals, and correspondence
• Maintain filing and record‑keeping systems
Scheduling & Coordination
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel
• Plan daily workflows and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely task completion
• Support interdepartmental projects and assist with cross‑functional communication
Data & Reporting
• Perform data entry and maintain accuracy within functional databases
• Prepare reports, compliance documentation, and other data-driven materials
• Conduct research and gather information for departmental initiatives
• Utilize Power BI dashboards to review and interpret data
Financial & Transactional Support
• Complete expense reports and reconcile receipts
• Receive and record funds; may issue receipts or perform basic cashier duties
Customer Service & Communication
• Answer phone calls, research inquiries, and resolve issues using departmental knowledge
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across the organization
Additional Duties
• Support mass mailings and outbound communications
• Participate in special projects as assigned
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Total Rewards:
- Pay rate $26.50 - $29.00 per hour.
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of general office or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including at least 1 year of experience with Excel
- Skilled in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations
- Working knowledge of Power BI (dashboard navigation and data interpretation)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
