Winter 2026 Co-op – Data Analytics
As a Winter 2026 Co-op – Data Analytics at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in our Knoxville, TN Plant you will play a key role in supporting the production of some of KDP’s most iconic beverages. You’ll work in a fast-paced, highly technical manufacturing environment, gaining hands-on experience with real responsibilities that contribute to operational success. This internship offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally, learn from industry experts, and see firsthand how data drives innovation and efficiency in beverage manufacturing.
Shift/Schedule:
- The KDP 2026 Winter Co-op Program will run from January – December 2026
- Location: Knoxville, TN (Plant)
- Full-time; 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am until 5:00pm
- In-person
As a Data Analytics Co-op you will:
- Collecting and cleaning data from various sources to ensure its accurate and usable.
- Analyze production metrics (e.g., throughput, downtime, defect rates) to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies and other performance issues.
- Create reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Support process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting optimizations.
- Assist in monitoring quality control data to help detect and resolve recurring issues.
- Contribute to predictive analytics projects, working with historical data to forecast maintenance or production needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production managers, quality, and maintenance teams to understand data requirements and present findings in a clear, actionable way to non-technical stakeholders.

- Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
- Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
- Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business
Total Rewards:
- $31.00/ hour
- Paid bi-weekly
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment
Requirements:
- Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science or any other related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams like engineering, operations, and quality.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Understanding of basic statistics and data interpretation
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and querying
- Ability to interpret production data and KPIs (e.g., yield, downtime)
- Experience with defect tracking, root cause analysis, Lean/Six Sigma tools and methodology
- Ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong critical thinking to identify issues and propose data-driven solutions
