At Keurig Dr Pepper, our mission is to provide a beverage for every need, everywhere people shop and consume. With more than 125 iconic and emerging brands and one of the strongest route-to-market systems in the industry, KDP operates at scale with a clear belief: brands that win are brands people care about.

Over the past several years, KDP has made a deliberate investment in marketing-led growth. We have brought in new leadership across the function to modernize how we build brands, leverage data and technology, and connect consumer insight to action. Our ambition is to build one of the strongest and most respected marketing organizations in the beverage industry.

We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead a dynamic portfolio of brands and growth initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategy, innovation, and commercial impact across a diverse set of businesses, while partnering with cross-functional teams to unlock growth and strengthen brand equity. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong collaborator, and results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces a general management mindset.

At KDP, our Senior Brand Managers are leaders who bring a challenger mindset, put consumers at the center of decision making, and operate with a General Management approach. In this role, you will:

  • Develop brand and portfolio strategies that define long-term vision, growth priorities, and business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities through consumer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and business performance metrics.
  • Lead annual and multi-year planning efforts, including prioritization of investments and resource allocation across key initiatives.
  • Partner with insights, communications, innovation, sales, and commercial teams to develop and execute growth-driving programs.
  • Own integrated marketing strategies from development through execution, optimization, and measurement.
  • Work closely with agency and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns and consumer experiences.
  • Champion growth initiatives and influence stakeholders across functions and leadership levels.
  • Collaborate with commercial and customer teams to drive sustainable business performance and marketplace execution.
  • Support and manage strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with broader business and brand objectives.

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $130,700 - $180,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:

We are looking for leaders who have the drive to make a significant impact, thrive in ambiguity, and enjoy solving complex business challenges through the power of marketing.

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of brand management, marketing, or general management experience.
  • Experience within CPG, consumer-focused brands, food & beverage, retail, or related industries preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into business action.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Proven track record of delivering business results in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a data-informed approach to decision making.
  • Ability to operate effectively at both the strategic and tactical levels.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • This role is based at KDP headquarters in Frisco, Texas. Relocation to the Greater Dallas area is required, with approximately 10%-15% travel.
