Sales Execution Manager, 7-Eleven
The Sales Execution Manager (SEM) will be responsible for sales and execution of Keurig Dr Pepper’s (KDP’s) Direct Store Delivery (DSD) beverage business at 7-Eleven nationally. The SEM will serve as a critical member of the sales team who contributes to the strategic direction of the national customer and Route to Market relationships.  This role contributes to volume, profit and share growth by driving distribution and availability across KDP’s Direct Store Delivery (DSD) beverage portfolio.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented and collaborative professional with strong business acumen. They will have experience building a strategic annual operating plan (AOP), managing trade budgets, supporting DSD execution, as well as the ability to effectively manage complex customer situations and drive business growth. This individual must proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions to influence and help with execution of the 7-Eleven account strategy. Knowledge of DSD Beverage and the Convenience channel would be a plus.
Location and Travel:
Remote (Work from Home) - This role will be based in the surrounding Dallas-Ft Worth area and will require travel for customer business management.
Responsibilities
Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with internal key stakeholders across all KDP Route to Markets.
• Build collaborative relationships with 7-Eleven field operations and Franchisees to accelerate 7-Eleven and KDP growth.
• Develop short- and long-term joint business plans (JBP) including all elements necessary to deliver profitable growth based on the customer and KDP strategic priorities.
Operational Excellence:
• Lead, monitor, and enhance the DSD execution plan with 7-Eleven Field Operations and Route to Market Partners.
• Sell key initiatives to bottlers/ distributor decision makers, ensuring execution of KDP and customer strategies and plans.
• Manage promotional communication process with DSD partners and customer field operations teams to ensure flawless execution at the retail level.
• Collaborate with NAE counterpart and Sr. Sales Analyst to create, maintain, and action plan against execution, void reporting-distribution, and program execution.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Utilize internal, syndicated, and point of sale (POS) data to identify opportunities and adjust plans to meet and exceed annual goals and objectives.
• Leverage internal data tools to drive improved service and execution with DSD partners.
• Understand key customer scorecard metrics and identify solutions to improve performance against benchmarks & KDIs

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $86,000 - $110,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of CPG sales experience
• DSD and/or Beverage experience strongly preferred.
• Expertise in using Salient (Margin Minder), Circana, or other syndicated data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and presentations.
