Job Overview:

As a Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) you will be accountable for driving profitable growth across the Keurig Dr Pepper portfolio within the North Business Unit (NBU). You will partner closely with NBU Leadership, Sales, Commercial, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute channel-specific pricing, trade, and volume strategies. Ensure alignment with enterprise guardrails and deliver against topline and margin targets. In this role, you are responsible for driving thought leadership associated with the development, implementation, and stewardship of key Commercial and BU initiatives.

Success in this role requires strong financial acumen, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to balance analytics with execution. You will act as a strategic business partner to the North BU leadership team, translating data into actionable insights and shaping revenue growth strategies. The Manager must have a strong track record of influencing others and leading through change.

What you will do:

  • Support channel-specific pricing and trade recommendations. Develop a deep understanding of channel dynamics and customer economics
  • Lead value chain and ROI analysis to inform pricing decisions and commercial trade-offs across revenue, margin, and volume.
  • Own our commercial planning process, performance management routines, and spearheading of key RGM initiatives across the North Business Unit (NBU) by partnering with the BU General Manager and Region Vice Presidents.
  • Lead the development and management of our top-line Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts for the Direct-Store-Delivery (DSD) network.
  • Steward our Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other DSD Operating Routines providing insights, recommendations, and action plans as needed to deliver business objectives.
  • Provide ad-hoc business modeling, development of analytics tools, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) scorecards, and other reporting to deliver North BU annual plans.
  • Work with Market Development, Territory Leaders, National & Regional Sales, and other cross functional partners (ie. Sales, Finance, Operations, Commercial) to proactively manage the execution of KDP, customer, and brand priorities.

Total Rewards:
  • Salary range $96,800 - $140,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Finance, Analytics, Strategy, Category Development, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of price, trade, and promotional strategy and how they impact financial performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with ability to influence senior leaders and sales partners
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including understanding of P&L drivers and value chain economics
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of ownership and accountability for business outcomes
