This role is a high volume and impact position, which requires the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with frequent interruption, demonstrated accountability, aggressiveness, adaptability and maturity, independent decision-making, and forward thinking. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, energetic and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Make independent decisions, follow through on project work without direct supervision, anticipate and prepare for managers' or departmental needs, and serve as a liaison between staff and management.
- Plan and implement employee engagement events in accordance to our budget.
- Maintain and reconcile detailed engagement event budget.
- Handle customer/employee inquiries in a professional manner, providing superior service and interfacing with various functions and regional groups to resolve issues or requests.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing Outlook calendars, preparing for and/or participating in meetings by compiling agendas, preparing and distributing materials, and coordinating and communicating various departmental activities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and create expense reports.
- Order and maintain inventory for office supplies as needed for Financial Business Services through Ariba.
- Creation of departmental Purchase Orders through Ariba
- Update and maintain organizational changes and facility data for the FBS department through the Archibus system.
Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $19.47 - $28.00
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
- Business related degree and/or 2-3 years’ experience in office management, Finance or Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Excel with the ability to create Pivot Tables/Vlookups and work with large amounts of data in an efficient manner
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities at one time
- Must have collaborative and professional communication skills that will allow them to express key points in a clear manner
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines and possess excellent organizational and research skills
- Must possess the ability to work with minimal direction when necessary to support the group’s objectives and possess high attention to detail, and accuracy, within a high-paced work environment
- Must be able to research issues and identify root cause and present/action a solution
