As aSummer 2027 Revenue Growth Management Internat Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be part of our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team supporting the growth and financial health of the total coffee business. Our team is responsible for the health of the business- from developing financial forecasts to working with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Sales, and Finance to drive results. In this role, you will work directly with the team to help identify opportunities for growth in key accounts through processes optimization, creating standardized reporting, and working with Field Sales & RGM teams to optimize strategies.

This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.

Shift/Schedule:

• The KDP 2027 Internship Program will run from June 7th – August 13th, 2027
• Location: Burlington, MA
• Full-time; 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00am until 5:00pm
• Hybrid

As a Summer 2027 Revenue Growth Management Internyou will:

• Analyze, and manipulate data sets to gain tactical insights and drive business growth 
• Develop new tools for monitoring market pricing and financial impacts on the business across accounts 
• Partner with Finance, Commercial & Supply Chain teams to help track and deliver on key performance metrics 
• Partner with Sales & Field RGM teams to help identify and execute optimal growth strategies

• Receive mentor support for your professional development
• Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
• Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
• Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business

• $28/hour
• Paid bi-weekly
• $2,500 sign on bonus pay, paid within first 30 days of employment

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related field 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 
• Ability to review and analyze large sets of data with accuracy to drive business results
• Experience with PowerBI or NPD/Circana syndicated data is a plus
