Schedule: Full-time | Availability as needed to support 24/7 facility operations
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Manufacturing Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all plant equipment and systems. This role is responsible for developing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs while driving operational excellence through lean manufacturing principles.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, and a proactive approach to safety, equipment reliability, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead maintenance operations across the facility to ensure all manufacturing and support equipment meet company safety and quality standards.
Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, including condition-based monitoring.
Supervise, train, and develop maintenance team members; conduct performance evaluations and foster a team-oriented culture.
Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to support plant-wide goals.
Manage the maintenance budget, control costs, and oversee spare parts inventory.
Champion Lean Daily Management (LDM), 5-S, TPM, and other continuous improvement practices.
Participate in capital project planning and execution.
Monitor and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Ensure plant safety, security, and cleanliness standards are upheld.

- This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Prior supervisory or management experience in maintenance or production, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of GMPs, food safety standards, and equipment maintenance best practices.
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, TPM, 5-S, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Solid understanding of PLC programming, robotics, and equipment monitoring (IR and vibration).
SAP experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM certifications strongly preferred.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
