We’re looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves person to join our team and build a career as a Senior Technical Associate in Mississauga, Ontario. 

DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the installation, set-up, repair and ongoing maintenance of VHCS equipment while assuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and beverage quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service and maintain customer equipment;

• Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment; 

• Install machines at customer locations;

• Maintain adequate parts levels in the truck for equipment repairs.

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager.

CAD $49,900.00 - $59,488.00 annually.

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma;

• 3 to 5 years in similar technical role;

• Strong mechanical aptitude – previous electronic/plumbing/electrical experience.

COMPETENCIES

• Bilingualism in concerned provinces;

• Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract;

• Basic computer skills; 

• Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer-service skills;

• Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
