  • Channels, Communications & Team Enablement
    • Lead engagement planning and activation for internal culture platforms (e.g., Workvivo), ensuring they drive connection, recognition, and storytelling for our frontline and corporate populations.
    • Partner with Communications and HR to activate leaders and teams on platforms and through culture moments.
    • Lead and develop a high-performing Culture & Engagement team, balancing strategic thinking with strong execution.
    • Set clear priorities, roles, and ways of working across the team.
    • Manage key vendor relationships and the Culture & Engagement budget.

What Success Looks Like

You’ll turn engagement and listening data into clear stories and focused actions people actually see and feel, while strengthening the ERG ecosystem with the right governance, energy, and connection to the business. Ultimately, employees should consistently feel heard, connected, and proud to be part of KDP.
