The Office Coordinator supports daily office operations, employee onboarding, workforce administration, and facility needs. This role helps keep the workplace organized, compliant, and running smoothly while providing a positive experience for employees. The Office Coordinator supports New Employee Orientation (NEO), employee programs, vendor coordination, and office logistics, and serves as a key resource for employees and leadership.
Schedule: This is a full time position working 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday-Friday. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required.
Work environment: Fast paced manufacturing environment with office/cubicle setting with frequent employee and vendor interaction. Flexibility and a service‑focused mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate New Employee Orientation, including scheduling, onboarding paperwork, uniforms, and catering
- Track attendance, schedules, employee review tracking, and workforce documentation
- Support payroll follow‑ups, job bids, compliance, and safety tracking
- Manage the employee store, uniforms, and employee recognition programs
- Oversee office operations, breakrooms, supplies, and meeting space setup
- Support employee programs, events, and day‑to‑day employee questions
- Provide backup support to the Senior Office Coordinator as needed
- Maintain a high level of integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information
Total Rewards:
- Hourly rate: $26.00/hr - $31.00/hr
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in office administration or coordination preferred
- Comfortable handling cash, records, and basic office systems
