Job Overview:

Shift & Schedule: Nights 1 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 3-4 Rotating Schedule

  • Week 1: Sunday-Tuesday

  • Week 2: Saturday-Tuesday
    Overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our highly automated distribution team. In this hands-on role, you’ll contribute to the performance and efficiency of our warehouse operations while maintaining safety, quality, and delivery standards. You’ll play a key role in supporting our TPM-based environment and working within a High Performing Team (HPT) model.

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to 6S standards and participating in safety observations and training

  • Pick, transport, and load customer orders while meeting KDP and customer specifications

  • Operate powered industrial trucks (PITs) and other automated warehouse equipment efficiently and safely

  • Monitor schedules and coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery

  • Support warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, and raw material handling

  • Troubleshoot and resolve warehousing issues to maintain peak performance

  • Execute standard work for Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventative Maintenance (PM) on equipment

  • Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities

  • Collaborate with maintenance and cross-functional teams on process improvements

  • Engage in team performance meetings and help identify trends or areas for improvement

  • Demonstrate effective teamwork, adaptability, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment


Total Rewards:
  • Starting pay: $$23.40 per hour. Pay increases to $24.66 per hour in the quarter following the 6-month anniversary

Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, automated production environment

  • Strong understanding of warehouse systems and execution processes

  • Mathematical aptitude and analytical skills

  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and SAP (preferred)

  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs frequently without assistance

  • Comfortable standing and working on the distribution center floor for extended periods
