Location: Spartanburg 2 – 3220 Moore Duncan Hwy, Suite 100, Gate A, Moore, SC 29369
Shift and Scheudle: This is a full-time, salaried position working Monday–Friday during normal business hours while supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation. Flexibility to support off-shift and weekend operations as business needs arise is expected.
The Quality Manager plays a critical role in the Quality Assurance organization, supporting the successful launch and operation of our new K-Rounds™ plant. This role leads quality programs focused on product quality, food safety, manufacturing performance, and continuous improvement.
The Quality Manager will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, R&D, suppliers, OEMs, and other stakeholders to ensure new products, processes, equipment, and materials meet quality and performance requirements. This position also provides leadership to the site Quality team and drives a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead site quality and food safety programs, including quality readiness for K-Rounds™ Line 1.
Develop and maintain Quality Control Plans, sampling plans, testing methods, and quality KPIs for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
Lead root cause analysis, failure investigations, FMEAs, Process Capability Studies, and 8D/CAPA activities.
Partner with Engineering, Product, R&D, OEMs, and suppliers to resolve product, process, and equipment quality issues.
Lead validation and qualification of new products, flavors, processes, equipment, and materials.
Monitor quality data and customer feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Manage supplier quality, including audits, material testing, corrective actions, and performance improvement.
Coordinate quality activities with 3PL partners, including inventory holds, rework, inspections, and non-conformance disposition.
Support packaging testing and ensure products meet applicable quality and performance standards.
Provide technical quality leadership and communicate issues, trends, and recommendations to site and executive leadership.
Coach and develop Quality team members while building a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as needed.
Total Rewards:
- Targeted annual compensation range of $100,000- $117,000.
- This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in quality, engineering, manufacturing, or consumer product development, preferably in a global environment.
Experience with consumer product quality, supplier quality, and manufacturing processes.
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, root cause analysis, FMEA, process capability, and problem-solving methodologies.
Experience managing supplier quality, audits, corrective actions, and global supply chain activities.
Strong project management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Ability to prioritize competing projects and adjust focus based on changing business needs.
