Shift & Schedule: Days 2
Full-Time | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

  • Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
    Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed is required.

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Moore, SC. In this essential role, you'll oversee the daily movement of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timeliness. You’ll work cross-functionally in a fast-paced warehouse environment and contribute to continuous improvement and team development efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate team workloads and daily priorities across shifts

  • Optimize dock schedules with Logistics Specialists and provide coverage as needed

  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments for raw materials and finished goods

  • Perform inventory audits and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Inventory Control

  • Partner with Quality on non-conforming material containment and release processes

  • Communicate shipment updates across teams and shifts

  • Generate reports using SAP, MES, Excel, Ryder, and Dock Scheduler

  • Lead Safety and Quality Gembas, 5S audits, and document improvement opportunities

  • Maintain standard work documentation and team training matrices

  • Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) as needed to support operations

  • Coach and train team members; escalate issues to leadership when necessary

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including RCCA and 5S events

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements


Total Rewards:
  • Starting pay: $28.96 per hour.

Requirements:
  • 6+ months of leadership experience (preferred)

  • Experience with SAP or WMS systems (required)

  • Prior experience in inventory control and/or shipping (required)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask, manage stress, and work independently

  • Working knowledge of warehouse operations and shipping practices

  • Physical ability to walk/stand for up to 12.5 hours per shift

  • Experience operating PIT equipment (required)

  • Continuous improvement experience (5S, value stream analysis) is a plus

  • Positive attitude, high attention to detail, and excellent time management
