The Associate Supply Chain Analyst facilitates the material planning activities across Keurig Dr Pepper’s (KDP) Supply Chain network to protect target settings and overall service. This individual ensures proper communication of material requirements across both internal and external customers to ensure material availability through the integrated supply chain. This position will also work on assigned Supply Chain initiatives to support the business.
What you will do:
- Facilitate raw materials supply plans created by plant planners and coordinate with suppliers.
- Manage relationships with the existing suppliers and work with Procurement to eliminate non value added activities. Develop and implement strategies to meet and improve inventory turns.
- Achieve raw material availability for all manufacturing facilities on time and at the lowest cost.
- Facilitate material requisitions, orders, and releases in a timely and efficient manner.
- Facilitate use of and adherence to ordering proper economic order quantities.
- Improve and optimize the lead time between our suppliers and our facilities. Create integrated replenishment strategies to decrease operating working capital.
- Continuously focus on minimization of “aged” inventory. Diligently work to minimize obsolescence. Re-deploy material inventory across the network in a balance of age/obsolescence risk and freight costs.
- Provide short and long-range material projections to vendors. Execute phase in/out strategies for promotional activities and product discontinuations.
- Communicate to integrated planners any service issues related to stock availability, and coordinate resolution, involving Procurement as required.
- Coordinate the relationship with the existing supplier base to effectively respond to the dynamic requirements of KDP’s finished goods.

- This is an exempt, salaried position paid on a biweekly basis. Compensation is flexible and determined based on the candidate’s experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
- Supply chain planning experience, previous experience in a manufacturing setting, or experience working in the Consumer Goods industry
- ERP system experience preferred, SAP experience heavily preferred
- Experience creating, updating, and maintaining Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (including but not limited to VLookUps, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc) required
