Sales Planning & Analytics Analyst for Arizona & California (Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time
Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Sales Planning & Analytics Analyst to support our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) business. This role partners directly with Sales Directors and Regional Account Executives to drive revenue growth through data-driven insights, strategic planning, and performance tracking. You’ll be the go-to expert for transforming syndicated and internal data into actionable strategies that fuel our sales engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Forecasting
- Support development of annual sales plans based on category trends and portfolio performance
- Lead forecasting analytics and recommend adjustments based on weekly sales attainments
- Business Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen), internal volumetrics, and margin tools to uncover growth opportunities
- Create and manage daily/weekly/monthly reporting dashboards for the Regional DSD Team
- Customer Development Support
- Collaborate with Regional Account Executives to build customer-specific strategies
- Provide insights to optimize trade spend and promotional effectiveness
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Category Management, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership and Bottling Partners
- Innovation & Launch Analysis
- Support pre- and post-launch analysis for new products and emerging brands
- Identify performance drivers and areas for improvement
- Administrative & Tool Support
- Maintain trade tracking systems (POP, Vistex) and CRM tools
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in sales analytics, category management, or business planning
- Proficiency in syndicated data tools (IRI, Nielsen), CRM systems, and Excel/Power BI
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with data
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience supporting retail accounts or DSD portfolios
- Familiarity with trade systems and margin analysis tools (e.g., Margin Miner, EYC)
