Warehouse Supervisor

Location: 26875 Pioneer Ave., Redlands, CA 92374

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of forklift operators and shipping/receiving clerks to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. This role emphasizes team development, process improvement, and accountability, while ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional departments to maintain high customer service levels and accurate inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.

• Lead a team of 8 forklift operators, 1 yard jockey, and 1 shipping clerk.

• Drive a high-performance safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, FDA, AIB).

• Train and evaluate staff on operational procedures and inventory control.

• Manage scheduling, labor, and materials within budget constraints.

• Collaborate with Logistics, Inventory, and Production teams.

• Support inventory cycle counting and reconciliation efforts.

• Submit materials requests and monitor supply levels.

Compensation: $52,500 – $74,500 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

• Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse leadership experience in inventory, delivery, and operations.

• Proven ability to lead teams and present to senior leadership.

• Proficiency with SAP or similar inventory/financial systems.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
