Operations Support Coordinator-Peoria, IL
The Operations Support Coordinator performs general office coordination and assists with day to day operations. Coordinates various office support services, including purchasing and facilities management. May participate in interdepartmental projects and coordinate with other departments. This role will also be responsible for assisting with inventory responsibilities.
Shift and Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday- Friday
- 5:00AM-8:00AM - until finished
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required
Responsibilities:
- With moderate supervision, supports general business operations by providing various administrative support activities as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.
- Types, formats, and produces documents such as proposals, presentations, correspondence, and standard reports.
- Establishes and maintains record keeping and filing systems.
- Maintains calendar and contact database, schedules appointments, completes travel or conference arrangements, and may arrange meetings and conferences for an assigned work group.
- Performs administrative duties specific to department such as conducting research, updating databases, and preparing collateral materials for mass mailings.
- Completes expense reports and handles reconciliation of receipts for a designated work group.
- Responsible for opening, sorting, prioritizing, and distributing inbound mail. Coordinates services for outbound mail.
- Answers phone calls with regards to inquiries, researching and resolving problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Conduct a physical inventory of Full Goods using an RF handheld scanning equipment and a physical inventory of Raw Materials and Concentrates, keying in inventories into spreadsheets and SAP.
- Perform an Age Inventory of product in warehouse to ensure proper production rotation.
- Ensure proper administration of all cycle count procedures and processes; research outstanding issues related to inventory reconciliation; reconcile any inventory discrepancies and handle any follow up questions from customers.
- Issue out any production /warehouse inventory breakage and any employee product usage and post full goods inventory without discrepancies.
- Prepare, maintain and distribute reports related to inventory.
- Ensure SOX compliance following the SOX checklists related to inventory
Total Rewards:

Requirements:
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred (GED)
- 1 year of preferred office experience
- 1 years of experience in inventory control
- 2 years Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Experience with RF technology preferred
- Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed
