Job Overview:

Account Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing Keurig Dr Pepper’s (KDP) carbonated soft drink case sales volume, market share and instore execution in the Grocery, Drug, Mass, Discount and Food Service channels. Acting as a Account Manger for the Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD) portfolio (Dr Pepper, Schweppes & Crush), the successful candidate will support KDP sales managers to ensure flawless execution the annual operating plan and lead commercialization process for innovation.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building business cases for customer sell in product and package initiatives, leveraging market insights, Nielsen, and customer volume trends for both bottle & cans and food service.
  • Attend and lead internal and external synchronization meetings and follow-up on execution actions with internal cross functional KDP team regarding external follow ups.
  • Internal and External lead in the commercialization process of launching innovation: Listing kits and KAM decks
  • Collaborate with brand team on executional POS for both Retail & Food Service executions
  • Leading the monthly Performance and Plan deck with updated Nielsen data and double clicks understand performance and work with KAM to support selling stores to close gaps
  • Supporting team with analysis related to market performance, innovation tracking and postmortems
  • Work alongside marketing and category management team to further drive required insights by channel (Retail, Vending, Food Service) to drive brand strategy and innovation pipeline
  • Lead and maintain promotional merchandise inventory aka swag
  • Manage internal workstream to deliver against customer product data requirements to ensure SKU information and images are current across industry and bottler systems
  • Supporting designated Pepsi Field team region and traveling to visit them quarterly


Total Rewards:

CAD $73,900.00 - $98,450.00 annually.

Requirements:

Education &experience:

  • Trained Sales professional with 3-5+ years of sales, analyst or category management experience within the CPG industry
  • University Graduate (BBA Preferred)

 Skills & Capabilities:

  • Sales professional, relationship building, working with cross function teams
  • Strong skill set with, excel, Nielsen, Sales analytics, PowerPoint, Outlook and other software applications
  • Quarterly trips to designated region approx. 5 days
  • Valid drivers license and vehicle
