The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role will support, assist and provide customer service to the Talent Acquisition Team, Talent Acquisition Leadership, and Hiring Managers, with a focus on Canada and Field recruiting.
The ideal candidate will manage the interview scheduling process for candidates and effectively manage various aspects for Canada recruiting and US Field recruiting, including pre-employment screenings, pre-boarding communication, and assisting with new hire first day details. The role requires planning, organizing, problem solving, timely follow-up and strategic thinking to optimize and improve current processes. The candidate must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and build partnerships and work collaboratively in a matrix organization among multiple levels of leadership.
This position is a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX, with in-office work from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate availability with candidates and interviewers and schedule virtual and on-site interviews for the Canada field/corporate teams and US Field recruiting teams
- Launch pre-employment screenings and notify candidates when they clear their screenings and can start at the company
- Confirm new employee orientation details with the HR team and new hires in a timely manner
- Track and maintain job fair participant information
- Assist candidate with travel arrangements and reimbursement requests as needed
- Assist with new employee I-9 validation as needed
- Ensure work permits and eligibility to work in Canada are valid
- Manage Contractor Conversions within our application tracking system, iCIMS, for individuals on a 3rd party contract assignment to become employees
- Process internal mobility movement for existing front-line employees, for example, shift changes
- Create Purchase Orders as needed
- Handle confidential salaries and hold sensitive information in confidence
- Other duties as needed
Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $19.47 - $28.00
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience working in a human resources or recruiting function or relevant internship preferred
- 1+ years iCIMS or equivalent applicant tracking system experience preferred
- 1+ years Microsoft Office experience, with advanced functions in MS Office and MS Excel
