Job Overview:

Overview: The Finance Business Services Case Sales Collection Analyst is responsible for the collection and timely reporting of bottler reported case sales including product, chain, and customer (retailer) details. This role involves developing and implementing Capstone System business processes to meet the evolving requirements of Bottle and Can Systems, Food Service Solutions (FSS), and the National Account team. The analyst will maintain established processes and procedures as well as identify and suggest ways to improve processes/procedures for the Electronic Case Sales (ECS) collection of monthly, weekly, and daily DSS (day/store/SKU) bottler reported case sales data.

The analyst will collaborate with and support multiple teams including, but not limited to, field sales operations, sales planning and analytics, licensing, territory & hierarchy management, customer, product master and KDP IT resources.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Case Sales Data Management: Obtain, process, and track bottler reported case sales data daily, weekly, and monthly. Maintain, research, and analyze data from various internal and external databases and information systems at a bottler, customer (retailer), SKU, and/or zip code level.
  • Implementation and Integration: Implement, integrate, align, and maintain product, bottler, and customer (retailer) translations as it relates to case sales collections and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills: Utilize advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills to meet business goals relating to monthly, weekly, and DSS (day/store/SKU) sales collection via Capstone System, CRM SAP, Business Warehouse (BW), and MicroStrategy. Advanced excel and database skills required.
  • Data Accuracy: Provide KDP with accurate, timely data to create and set the industry’s highest standards in excellence to support all facets of sales, finance, marketing, senior management, beverage digest reporting, and investor relations. Accuracy in the data the Case Sales Collections team manages is the key driver in making timely and accurate business decisions to sustain our brands and support our future growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Data Science, Accounting, Business, Finance, or Economics) or equivalent work experience in master data, sales support, customer service or finance/accounting.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, lookups).
  • Ability to collaborate with a team and driven to work independently to meet tight daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
  • Facilitation and communication skills with customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze enormous amounts of detailed information, identify and communicate key themes effectively.
  • SharePoint, CRM-SAP, Business Warehouse, MicroStrategy experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Knowledge of Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry preferred.
