Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Associate Manager, Retail Media to coordinate the development and execution of key retail media marketing plans. In this role, the Associate Manager of Retail Media will be responsible for overseeing KDP’s retail media investments, working with National Media efforts to ensure full-funnel, tightly orchestrated media activation.
Primary responsibilities include owning the master retail media calendar for a portfolio of KDP brands, identifying investment inefficiencies or overlaps, and acting as the primary connector between Media and Shopper agencies. The ideal candidate can effectively own the completion of large retail media plans by holding agencies accountable to timelines and supporting leadership in evaluating the performance of media execution to fuel in-flight optimizations. You will operate with autonomy to drive media return and ensure our brand comms and commercial priorities align with our retailer activation.
What you will do:
Drive Campaign Development: Support the retail media portion of Integrated Media plans across a portfolio of brands, ensuring a full-funnel approach across KDP’s connected Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned Media approach.
Support Commercial Efforts: Partner with Sales, Commercial, Omnichannel Marketing and Brand teams to develop retail media plans designed to hit company-wide goals
Own the "Single Source of Truth": Develop and maintain the master retail media calendar for a portfolio of brands, ensuring total visibility of all retail activity to prevent scheduling conflicts, ensure we hit JBP commitments and meet sales objectives
Drive Investment Efficiency: Proactively audit media plans to identify overlaps and opportunities for coordination, directly generating media savings to reinvest.
Optimize Asset Development: Coordinate asset requirements between Brand and Shopper agencies to ensure "Shopper-ready" assets are captured during National shoots,
Unified Performance Analysis: Aggregate performance data from disparate sources (Retailers, buying platforms, MMM, etc. ) to provide leadership with a holistic view of "Total Commerce" success in conjunction with our Measurement team.
Make Real-Time Media Optimizations: Go from insights on campaign performance to action in flight to ensure media plans maximize return.
Total Rewards:
Salary Range: $76,400-$100,000
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
3+ years of experience in planning, buying and/or measuring retail media with a focus on on-site media.
The "Hybrid" Background: Experience working with both National Media (Programmatic, Social, Video) and Retail Media Networks (Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Roundel, etc.) is preferred.
Financial Acumen: Ability to analyze media rates (CPM, CPC) and ROAS to identify financial inefficiencies.
Agency Management: Proven experience managing agency scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, complex data organization), PowerPoint, and familiarity with media tools (e.g., Prisma, various DSPs).
Influence Across Departments: Highly collaborative with the ability to navigate different functional teams and drive decision making
Critical Thinking: Ability to look at two separate spreadsheets (Brand vs. Shopper) and visualize the conflict or opportunity between them.
Ability to travel ~10% of time.
