Job Overview:

Location: 30 Gauthier Drive, Essex Junction, VT 05452
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Shift | Friday–Sunday + alternating Thursdays, 10:00 AM–10:00 PM

Summary:
We’re hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to support our Coffee Operations team in Essex Junction. This role is responsible for identifying and resolving quality issues, conducting inspections, and ensuring our products meet KDP’s standards and customer expectations. The position supports continuous improvement efforts and helps maintain compliance across all production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product inspections and quality testing across multiple SKUs

  • Document findings and escalate nonconformances

  • Support resolution of material or process issues using root cause analysis

  • Collaborate with Operations and Quality to drive improvements

  • Maintain accurate quality records and support audit readiness

  • Utilize SAP for workflow and hold management

  • Represent the voice of the customer in quality discussions


Total Rewards:
  • Starting pay: $26.56 per hour. Pay increases to $27.89 per hour in the quarter following the 6-month anniversary

Requirements:
  • 2+ years in a production environment or related college degree

  • 1+ year in a QA role preferred

  • HACCP knowledge a plus

  • Experience with food/beverage manufacturing and coffee sensory evaluation preferred

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills (SharePoint, OneNote, Word, etc.)

  • Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to real-time quality issues
