Shift and Schedule:
- N2 | 5:55pm – 6:16am Friday-Sunday and alternating Thursdays. Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving equipment reliability and overall maintenance performance at our Spartanburg manufacturing site. This role leads a team of skilled Maintenance Technicians while partnering closely with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deliver world-class safety, quality, and operational performance.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, highly automated manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for developing high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, reducing downtime, and ensuring maintenance processes are executed with discipline and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance
- Lead and promote a culture focused on achieving zero injuries.
- Conduct safety observations, audits, and training while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
- Ensure completion of all required regulatory and safety training.
Operational Excellence
- Deliver best-in-class performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
- Drive equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance programs.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, and Warehouse teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts to eliminate recurring issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Support and sustain TPM, standardized work, layered process audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
- Develop and maintain a highly engaged team of 10+ Maintenance Technicians.
- Provide leadership support through maintenance planning meetings, business unit reviews, leadership meetings, and employee communication forums.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable work environment.
Total Rewards:
- Targeted annual compensation range of $70,500 - $90,000.
- This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably within food or beverage production.
- Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
- Experience working with vendors and consultants to improve manufacturing performance and support operational objectives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred
- Experience with material batching systems and CIP/COP processes.
- Experience in highly automated manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of TPM and Lean manufacturing principles.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Experience with manufacturing systems such as SAP, MES, InfinityQS, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with data analysis and manufacturing performance metrics.
