Winter 2026 Co-op - Engineering Program Manager
This Winter 2026 Co-op - Engineering Program Manager role in our Burlington, MA office offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of business functions, including procurement, finance, and manufacturing. While specific projects may vary, interns can expect to support ongoing initiatives, assist with data analysis and reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role is designed to provide exposure to real-world business challenges, build foundational knowledge, and develop professional skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Shift/Schedule:
- The KDP 2026 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 5 – May 22, 2026
- Location: Burlington, MA
- Full-time; 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am until 5:00pm
- Hybrid
As an Engineering Program Manager Co-op you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects in areas like procurement, finance, and manufacturing.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to help drive process improvements and support decision-making.
- Participate in team meetings and workshops, contributing ideas and assisting with planning and logistics.
- Learn and apply business tools and systems (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Planview) to complete tasks and gain hands-on experience.

- Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment
- Receive mentor support for your professional development
- Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
- Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
- Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business
Total Rewards:
- $31/hr
- Paid bi-weekly
- Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 (paid within 30 days of employment)
Requirements:
- Undergraduate student currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering or another related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work with data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Especially Excel; familiarity with Power BI or Planview is a plus.
- Effective communication and collaboration
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and sharing ideas clearly.
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Eager to gain exposure to different business functions and take initiative.
