Mission-

Support Keurig Dr Pepper’s Financial Services and Controllership departments by partnering with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and other business stakeholders to provide front-line support for financial systems. Design and develop key financial reports and analyses, enable reliable enterprise consolidations and close processes, and deliver process automation primarily across Financial Services and Accounting to meet changing business needs.

Responsibilites

• Support and enhance systems used for monthly, quarterly, and year-end consolidations and financial close activities across multiple legal entities and reporting hierarchies.
• Provide technical and functional support for financial software, including issue diagnosis, error resolution, root-cause analysis, and system performance optimization.
• Partner with business and IT teams to ensure financial systems integrate effectively with other enterprise applications and downstream reporting solutions.
• Partner with Controllership and Accounting to translate consolidation requirements into scalable system configuration, business rules, workflows, reports, and controls.
• Support core consolidation processes, including intercompany matching and eliminations, foreign currency translation, ownership and hierarchy changes, top-side adjustments, and consolidated financial statement reporting.
• Monitor consolidation data loads, validation rules, close status, and exception reports; investigate variances and resolve data, mapping, configuration, and integration issues within close timelines.
• Reconcile consolidated results to source ledgers and reporting outputs, helping ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of financial data.
• Support master data and metadata governance for entities, accounts, currencies, ownership structures, reporting dimensions, and consolidation hierarchies.
• Develop and execute test plans for consolidation system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and rule changes, including unit, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
• Create and maintain close calendars, operating procedures, control evidence, and support documentation aligned with internal control and audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to standardize and automate consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting activities while reducing manual journal entries and spreadsheet dependency.
• Provide training and ongoing support to Accounting and Finance users on consolidation processes, reporting, and system functionality.

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
• Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial systems, or information technology, including hands-on experience supporting financial close and consolidation processes.
• Working knowledge of consolidation accounting concepts, including multi-entity consolidations, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, ownership structures, and consolidated financial reporting.
• Experience supporting a consolidation or enterprise performance management platform. Experience with Tagetik, SAP Group Reporting, SAP BPC, OneStream, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, or Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close is preferred.
• Understanding of general ledger, chart of accounts, legal entity structures, financial statement reporting, and close controls; knowledge of U.S. GAAP is preferred.
• Proficiency in financial software applications, including SAP (preferred), Oracle Financials, or NetSuite.
• Experience with system implementations or upgrades, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration or development, testing and validation, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Experience with low-code/no-code and automation tools such as Alteryx, Quickbase, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of data modeling and visualization tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Tableau, using data from a diverse financial systems environment.
• Familiarity with database concepts, data integration, and SQL queries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex data and system issues under close-cycle deadlines.
• Ability to communicate accounting and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, document decisions, and collaborate effectively across Finance, Accounting, IT, and vendor teams.
• Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
• Adaptability to changing technology and business requirements, with demonstrable strategic thinking and a continuous-improvement mindset.
