Senior Financial Analyst

Keurig Dr Pepper is looking for an experienced Finance professional to support the Global Product Organization (GPO) with operations in the US, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Singapore. The Senior Financial Analyst is a financial leader, who will be a key resource in providing critical analysis to support the product roadmap. As part of the Coffee Finance Team, you will collaborate with business, finance, and engineering teams to develop financial models supporting Brewer innovation. In addition, you will play a key role in reporting and analysis on GPO capital expenditures and SG&A management. Partnering with GPO leaders, you will be able to provide decision support and drive spend and process improvements. This role requires an understanding of corporate finance, a keen interest in learning about the business, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to cultivate strong working relationships with key business partners.

This position is based in our HQ in Burlington, MA and will follow a hybrid schedule (Monday/Friday remote, Tuesday-Thursday in office). Due to the global nature of this role, candidates can expect occasional meetings between the hours of 7-9am and 7-9pm.

What you will do:

  • Partner closely with business teams to develop business cases to assess Brewer innovation opportunities and make recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with engineering teams to develop scorecards to track key quality metrics.
  • Evaluate GPO CAPEX and SG&A spend patterns versus historical norms and forecast plans to recommend sound business decisions and opportunities; work closely with budget owners to manage spend.
  • Own Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecast, and monthly close processes for CAPEX, SG&A and quality metrics.
  • Partner with Finance Manager to develop long-range strategic models based on product roadmap.
  • Develop a deep understanding of financial systems including SAP and BI cubes to extract data and support the interpretation of financial information.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial modeling and support.

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $72,100 - 110,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:
  • Education/Experience:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field
    • 2+ years of relevant finance experience
    • Experience with SG&A, CAPEX, and/or New Product Development preferred
  • Technical and Other Skills:
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, index match, xlookups, etc.)
    • Knowledge of financial, planning and reporting software platforms (SAP experience preferred, Planview and/or IBM Planning Analytics experience a plus)
  • Competencies and Aptitudes:
    • Strong understanding of key financial indicators and the ability to articulate business objectives to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
    • Comfortable working with complex financial models and the ability to identify and summarize key messages for senior leadership.
    • Ability to present clearly and confidently to business decision-makers.
    • Strong organizational skills, especially the ability to prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines.
    • Very strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to propose positive business solutions to complex problems.
