Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a curious data-driven Senior Financial Analyst to support its dynamic $4B Coffee Business Unit. This role offers a unique opportunity to partner closely with the Director of Commercial Finance and the Partners & Away From Home “AFH” commercial teams to drive top-line growth and optimize operating income. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, an analytical & process improvement mindset with a high level of curiosity to deliver actionable insights and support key financial and strategic initiatives.
What you will do:
- Run variance analysis monthly to summarize actuals vs forecasts with key drivers
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to track business performance
- Collaborate with Partner management teams to track and monitor pricing changes
- Participate in Quarterly Forecast Cycle and Annual Operating Plan creation through analysis, documentation, and reporting functions for AFH
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Partner businesses
- Act as a key liaison between Finance and cross-functional teams including Partners & AFH and Supply Chain
Position Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor price changes, bonus payments, and other contractual obligations with Partners
- Collaborate with the Partners commercial teams to support pricing, promotions, and customer profitability analysis
- Provide financial guidance on strategic initiatives, including new contracts and product launches
- Build and maintain complex financial models
- Leverage Excel, Power BI, or other tools for data visualization and scenario analysis
- Support preparation of monthly financial business reviews and other reporting for the senior leadership team
- Ensure financial processes adhere to internal controls and corporate policies.
- Support internal and external audits as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 2-4+ years of experience in finance, economics, or related field
- Experience or desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- High degree of intellectual curiosity
- Strong analytical modeling and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with large data sets and ability to distill key information
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities and projects
- Ability to clearly communicate to senior management both written and verbal
- Strong cross-functional business partnership, working as a trusted thought partner in supporting key business decisions
