Job Overview:

Keurig Dr Pepper’s (KDP) Future Coffee Systems team is re‑imagining the future of single‑serve coffee through the development and launch of AltaRounds™ plastic‑free pods and the Keurig Alta™ brewing system. The team drives thought leadership for Keurig’s next‑generation coffee systems while working collaboratively across KDP to bring this holistic proposition to life for consumers.

Working directly with the SVP, Future Coffee Systems, the Sr. Events Coordinator supports Keurig Dr Pepper objectives by contributing to the design, development, and execution of a wide range of events for our customers, consumers, and brand partners.

Role Overview

The Project Manager brings experience planning meetings, industry events, and conferences for both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong budget management capabilities, familiarity with event registration software, and excellent communication and project management skills. The position involves frequent interaction with senior leadership and requires comfort operating in a fast‑paced environment.

The Manager collaborates closely with stakeholders at all levels, including corporate leadership, internal partners, external agencies, and suppliers, to maximize event execution and effectiveness. In addition, this role will provide administrative support to the SVP, Future Coffee Systems, including calendar management and travel coordination.

This position is office‑based at the Burlington, MA headquarters and requires approximately 10% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and design corporate event programs aligned with key brand initiatives and marketing objectives
  • Lead project management efforts, guiding event teams and cross‑functional partners (e.g., Product and Marketing) to ensure successful execution, including timelines, objectives, budgets, logistics, and branding
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and content through post‑event surveys and recap processes, recommending improvements as needed
  • Prepare and deliver VIP and executive briefings and data in support of program objectives
  • Analyze program charges and invoices and maintain monthly budget reconciliations
  • Review and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage and collaborate with internal and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality event services
  • Provide strategic recommendations by understanding customer needs and business objectives

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $76,400 - $115,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:
  • Proven record of initiative‑taking, solution‑oriented, and collaborative leadership across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience supporting the planning and execution of meetings, trade shows, conferences, and/or corporate events
  • Prior experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred, particularly within the beverage category
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Ability and willingness to travel to support events (approximately 10%)
