Shift & Schedule:
Full-Time | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed is required.
The Production Technician II operates, monitors, troubleshoots, and maintains production and packaging equipment to maximize efficiency while upholding Keurig Dr Pepper’s high standards for safety and product quality. Responsibilities include equipment changeovers, preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement efforts in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture. Some domestic travel may be required during training.
Key Responsibilities
Perform all duties with a safety-first mindset
Keep work areas clean, organized, and audit-ready
Set up, operate, and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed
Identify and address equipment defects and perform minor repairs
Document key process data and make adjustments based on findings
Conduct product quality checks and testing per established standards
Execute Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventative Maintenance (PM) tasks
Perform equipment changeovers and sanitization activities
Total Rewards:
- Pay starting at $25.46 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $26.78 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

Requirements:
2 years of experience working with and troubleshooting automated machinery and electro-mechanical equipment
1 year of experience conducting product quality testing in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Understanding of mathematical applications for production calculations, waste/loss analysis
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently without assistance
Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motion
Comfortable spending significant time standing on the manufacturing floor with periodic computer work
Flexibility to work extended hours and across departments based on business needs
Aseptic manufacturing experience preferred
Preferred Experience
Candidates with backgrounds in food, beverage, bottling, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, as well as familiarity with 5S, TPM, and Lean principles, are strongly encouraged to apply. Similar roles may include Machine Operator, Production Technician, or Production Machine Operator.
