Winter 2026 Co-op– Supply Chain Initiatives

As a Winter 2026 Co-op– Supply Chain Initiatives at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) you willplay a key role in working to limit future exposure to obsolescence risk. One of your primary contributions will be representing the obso team on a project to update all product packaging with QR codes—a strategic move that will streamline regulatory compliance and position our packaging for evolving industry standards. This work will require strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, project management capabilities, and the ability to deliver results on a large-scalebody of work. 

Shift/Schedule:

  • The KDP 2026 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 5 – May 22, 2026
  • Full-time; 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00am until 5:00pm
  • Hybrid, In-person Tues-Thurs

As a Supply Chain Initiatives Co-op on the Obsolescence team, you will:

  • Lead a cross-functional project from the obso perspective to update all product packaging with QR codes, reducing obsolescence risk by enabling dynamic content updates and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. 
  • Analyze material transitions and lifecycle data for the QR1 project to identify components at risk of obsolescence and collaborate with procurement and operations teams to implement proactive mitigation strategies. 
  • Apply project management skills to plan, track, and communicate progress, ensuring timely execution of initiatives that minimize supply chain disruptions and long-term obsolescence exposure.

  • Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
  • Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business

Total Rewards:
  • $31.00/ hour
  • Paid bi-weekly
  • $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Supply Chain Management or Operations Engineering
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
